The Directors of Mint Services, Teresa Hall and Simon Portlock, started their successful cleaning business 5 years ago with their first “MINT” location based in Hobart.
During this time they have grown a select group of regular business clientele along the way.
Fast forward to 2025, and with a string of successful projects under their belts, Teresa and Simon are launching Mint Services across the Hunter, Newcastle and Port Stephens regions.
Living locally in Nelson Bay they now cater to projects both large and small, providing high-end cleaning and maintenance.

We recognise that the nature of our business has the potential to detrimentally impact the environment, particularly the use of cleaning materials. Mint Services places special emphasis on caring for our fabulous environment. It’s our policy to minimise the use of harmful products and to use only environmentally friendly products and procedures where practicable.
We live here too, and take environmental awareness seriously! Our company has developed a cleaning system that eliminates or significantly reduces the use of chemicals. We prefer to use innovative micro fibre materials in combination with cleaning products that are fully biodegradable.
